About

We're building the operating system for the AV industry.

AV integration is a $1.4B software market still running on tools from the early 2000s. The shops have evolved — multi-disciplinary, multi-location, AI-curious. The software hasn't. Optimus AI is the modern, AI-native answer to that gap, built by the people running the work, for the people running the work.

Principles

Five things we actually believe.

We try to write things that, if you printed them on the wall of an integrator shop, would still be true two years from now. These are those.

01

Built by the operator, not at the operator

Optimus AI's first user runs IntegrateIT.tech, a working AV integration shop. Every product decision passes through the test of someone who actually has to use it on Monday morning. We're not building from a whiteboard; we're building from the truck.

02

AI is the colleague, not the show

Optimus does the boring half — the proposal draft, the dispatch suggestion, the follow-up email. It is reliable, predictable, and gets out of the way. We don't ship features because they're fun to demo. We ship features because someone's morning gets ten minutes shorter.

03

Per seat, not per soul

We don't believe in $20k enterprise contracts before the product has proved itself. Per-seat pricing aligns our growth with our customers' growth. If you don't grow, neither do we — which is the right alignment.

04

The record is sacred

One record per customer, from the first walkthrough to the warranty visit in year 12. Every conversation, every signature, every photo, every change order — on the same surface your team works from. No data lives in someone's inbox.

05

Our roadmap is the customer's roadmap

Every feature ships because a real shop asked for it and we agreed it would help every other shop. We don't pad the roadmap with enterprise-bait. We don't ship to win review sites. We ship for the team using it.

Daniel Alon

Founder · CEO

Dogfooding Optimus daily at IntegrateIT.tech.

Daniel runs IntegrateIT.tech — a Kansas City–based AV integration shop serving residential and commercial clients across the MINK region (Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas). After 11 years of running the business on D-Tools + a stack of adjacent SaaS tools, he started building Optimus AI as the operating system he wished existed. The first beta customers are his actual peers in the industry.
