Is there a contract or annual commitment?
No annual lock-in. Monthly billing is the default. Annual billing gives you a 15% discount. Cancel anytime — we'll export your data to CSV or hand it to your next vendor.
How does the free trial work?
30 days, full Pro tier. Real data, your shop's catalog, your team. No credit card required. At the end, you either pick a tier or you walk — no auto-charge.
What's actually free vs. what's an add-on?
Every tier includes the full Optimus AI agent. The cap shifts what it can do (active workflows, custom data training, compute capacity), not whether it exists. Add-ons are for shops who genuinely need more — most don't.
How is legacy-platform migration handled?
We extract from your legacy desktop or cloud instance via the legacy platform's own export tools. We migrate catalog, opportunities, contacts, proposal templates, and custom fields. Median time-to-live is 48 hours. Free on Pro + Enterprise; $1,500 flat on Starter.
Can I bring my own LLM provider?
Enterprise only. Optimus runs primarily on Anthropic Claude with OpenAI failover. If you have a procured Azure OpenAI / Bedrock instance, we can route Optimus through it. Talk to sales.
What if I outgrow Starter or Pro?
Upgrade is one click. We pro-rate the seat math. Your data, workflows, and customer records carry forward — no migration project, no downtime.
Is pricing higher for international customers?
Same pricing in USD for US + Canada. International (UK + AU + EU) launches in Q2 2027 with local-currency pricing.
Do you offer non-profit / startup discounts?
