We're hiring the founding team that will build Optimus AI from $0 to $5M ARR over the next 24 months. Six roles open today. The first 10 employees get founding-team equity grants. Remote-first, distributed across North America, quarterly all-team in Kansas City.

Founding-team defaults.
Founder-led + dogfood-first. Daniel runs an AV shop. Every product decision passes through 'does this help on Monday morning?'
Remote-first. Distributed across North American time zones. Quarterly all-team in Kansas City.
Equity-meaningful. Founding-team grants for the first 10 hires. Standard 4-year vest, 1-year cliff, 10-year exercise window.
Health + retirement. Full medical + dental + vision (100% for employees, 50% for dependents). 401(k) with 4% match.
Time off. Unlimited PTO with a 3-week minimum. We'll tell you when you're not taking enough.
Setup budget. $3,500 home-office stipend + $1,500 annual gear refresh. Bring your own laptop or we'll buy you one.

Founding engineer — full-stack
Build the core platform alongside the founder. Next.js / React / tRPC / Prisma / Postgres. You'll ship features end-to-end and help define the engineering culture.
Founding engineer — AI + agents
Own the Optimus AI agent — prompts, tools, evals, model selection, latency. Work directly with the founder on the surface that defines the product.
Mobile engineer — React Native
Build the iOS + Android field app from day one. Shared component library with the web. Offline-first architecture. Used daily by 1,000+ techs in the field.
Founding designer — product + brand
Own product design + brand expression across web, app, mobile, marketing. Work directly with the founder on the visual + interaction language Optimus speaks.
Customer success lead
Run the onboarding flow that takes new shops from contract to first dispatched job in 48 hours. AV-industry background a plus; willingness to learn it is essential.
Industry sales lead — AV vertical
If you've sold into CEDIA / NSCA member shops before, you're our person. Direct relationship with the founder, owning the Phase 2 industry GTM strategy.
